About Me

Leadership doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.
But for years, I thought it did.
 

I pushed hard.
Expected results.
Controlled outcomes and demanded performance, especially from myself.
 

It worked, until it didn’t.
Relationships strained. The pressure mounted.
And under the surface, I was performing. Proving. Gripping too tightly.
 

Eventually, I burned out.
And rebuilt everything from the inside out.
 

The Shift I Made (And Now Coach Others Through)

Real leadership begins when control gives way to presence.
Not softness but strength without tension.
 

I stopped leading from tension and started leading from clarity and trust.

 

Today, I coach leaders to achieve more through presence than they ever could through pressure.

My Background

I was born in Italy and raised in the Swiss Alps, spending the last 30 years in the San Francisco Bay Area.

My clients span the tech, biotech, finance, and beyond sectors.

​

Volunteering in medical missions across Africa and Asia taught me more about resilience and compassion than any boardroom ever could.
 

And when I’m not coaching, I’m hiking, riding, or painting, trading structure for stillness and pressure for perspective.
