You'll start with a personal EQ assessment survey and attend a 90-minute online debrief to understand your results.
Next, you'll join an intensive in-person half-day or full-day workshop with small group activities and practice.
You'll understand how to use EQ to manage ambiguity and conflicts, become more resilient, increase productivity, and further your career.
Next, you'll join three 60-minute group coaching sessions to discuss your practice and receive feedback and guidance.

Group coaching sessions will be delivered via Zoom Video.
