She has held senior roles in starts ups and high-growth tech companies, including VP of People and Culture at GuideSpark, VP of HR at Adapt.tv and she founded her own coaching practice in 2017 to empower leaders and professionals through personalized coaching.

Theresa holds certifications as an ACC, ICF Certified Coach, iPEC Certified Coach, and is an ELI Master Practitioner. Her passion lies in helping clients take control of their careers and thrive in leadership roles.
