Working Together

BE ASSERTIVE AND BE HEARD

You'll start with an online Emotional Intelligence questionnaire.

 

Next, you'll join an intensive in-person half-day or full-day workshop with small group activities and practice.

 

You will leave with powerful concepts, techniques, approaches, and models to cut through the barriers, build an assertive voice, and develop stronger relationships to advance your projects and influence people.

 

Finally, you'll join three 60-minute group coaching sessions to discuss your practice and receive feedback and guidance.

Delivery

Instructor-led (In-Person), Half-day, or Full-day + 3x 60 min virtual group coaching sessions.


Group coaching sessions will be delivered via Zoom Video.

These sessions are facilitated and interactive experiences designed to create an open and safe environment for you to discuss, collaborate, reflect, and share insights or challenges you face. As one person receives coaching in the group, others also benefit from the learning.
