I Know Someone Who Should Read That

Something interesting has been happening since I published my book almost two months ago.
Every time I mention it to someone, regardless of their role, position, or where they are in life, the response is almost always the same.
“Oh, I know someone who should read that.”
It is usually that controlling boss, intimidating co-worker, micromanaging peer, demanding partner, or the spouse who has been running the house the same way they run their team.
And I get it. Because the patterns are recognizable the moment you name them.
A leader who reviews everything before it goes out because no one else gets it quite right. One who moves fast and has little patience for those who do not keep up. The boss whose presence changes the energy in the room, and not always for the better. A partner who plans everything, decides everything, and cannot quite understand why everyone around them seems exhausted.
None of these is a character failure. They are strengths that worked, until they did not. Repeated long enough, they start to cost everyone around them more than anyone is willing to say out loud.
Sound familiar?
Good. Give me that name.
Reply with a name, and I will write you back personally. From there, you decide how you want to handle it. Some people would rather hand the book to that person themselves, so I will send you a copy to give. Others would rather I reach out directly, so I will, and I will mention exactly why - that you thought of them and wanted them to see it.
Either way, nothing happens behind anyone’s back. That is not how this book was written, and it is not how I want to hand it to someone either.
Let’s not be silent. I am waiting.
More soon.
Roberto
P.S. When you reply, include the person’s full name and mailing address so I can send the book directly. I will also include your free Kindle link in my reply.
